A 21-day flagship in Koh Phangan for people who suspect they have drifted, by inches over years, from the version of themselves they want to inhabit.
Eden is built in two registers. The clinical register is as exact as a hospital — bloods, brain mapping, bone density, cardiovascular age. The felt register is given the same architectural respect: sunrise on the beach, breath at first light, twenty-four humans walking the same arc together. Bloodwork and bell-ringing, both serious, both designed.
We are not designing Eden for people coming for more information.
We are designing it for people coming for permission to feel different.
The road from Thong Sala to Halls of Eden takes thirty-five minutes. The phone reception drops out around minute eighteen and does not return until you are on Eden's Wi-Fi. There is no announcement of this. The road does it on its own.
You will arrive at sunset, by design. You will be met at the entrance not by a check-in desk but by a person — your assigned Concierge, who will have been reading your pre-arrival file for four weeks and now finally meets you in the flesh. No clipboard. Eye contact, time, and a hand-written note in your first language.
Eden's days are slow on purpose. The schedule has white space in it that is not negotiable. There is no synthetic music in public space — only the sea, the wind in the palms, the prayer bells from Wat Phu Khao Noi at six and eighteen, carried thinly across the bay. Every evening at sunset, a single bell will be rung to mark the day's turn.
The Thai team is the foundation of everything we are building. They will be hired — and paid — for genuine warmth and unhurried presence. Service that does not perform. The kitchen will pause a knife to greet you. The Concierge will sit on the floor of the meditation room when a hard morning needs holding. None of this will be in a SOP. All of it is in the hiring.
We will measure many things at Eden.
The most important felt outcome is also the simplest: did this person feel held from the moment they arrived?
The Premise
Modern healthcare is built around disease. It waits for things to break, then attempts to repair them. By the time a person walks into a doctor's office with symptoms, the underlying drift — metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, cognitive, emotional — has often been in motion for a decade. The system tells them, accurately and uselessly, that their bloodwork is "within range."
Eden Health is built for the gap between sick and truly well. People in that gap are tired but not ill. They sleep but don't recover. Their relationships are stable but lack depth. They are productive but vaguely depleted. They are, in clinical terms, normal — and they suspect they shouldn't be settling for it.
Imagine a state in which biology, behaviour, and environment are working in harmony — clean inputs, clean rhythms, clean attention. Most adults have drifted from that state, by inches, over decades. Eden Health is the practice of remembering it.
The Architecture
Every choice in The Eden Reset — what we test, when we test, who explains it, when technology enters the picture — is downstream of these six.
Members arrive depleted. They don't need another spreadsheet. The first three days are a homecoming, not an intake. The clinical work begins only when the nervous system has landed.
Sleep, sunlight, movement, nutrition, breath, social bond, purpose, clean environment. These come before hyperbaric chambers and peptides. The fundamentals are the product.
The Companion holds your complete biological picture. A trained human team — never the database alone — translates it. No member ever receives a number from a notification.
Hyperbaric oxygen, peptides, photobiomodulation are powerful — but only after you have been benchmarked, taught the fundamentals, and cleared through the six-question Advanced Modality Rule.
Twenty-four members per cohort, organised into four pods of six, held in a 121 m² common area sized for intimacy, not throughput. The cohort is the medium.
Eden OS — your personal operating system — is built to survive the flight home. Eden Continuum is how we make sure it does: six months of Companion, monthly check-ins, mid-cycle re-tests, and an annual return.
In 21 days, Eden gives you a complete, evidence-based picture of your own biology, teaches you the skills to move every needle that matters, and sends you home with a personalised operating system and a digital companion that keeps the work alive. That is the half competitors will copy. The other half is harder: a residential cohort of twenty-four humans, held by a team that has chosen this work, in a place designed so the right thing and the easy thing are the same thing — sunrise on the beach, breath at first light, a kitchen that teaches three times a day, embodied practice as serious as the bloodwork, silence treated as data, beauty treated as medicine. We are not selling a retreat or a clinic. We are selling 21 days inside a different design of life — and the relationships and rhythms to keep some of it after you leave.
Eden in Thailand
Eden is not a Western wellness programme with Thai decoration. It is built in Thailand because Thailand has remembered, in its everyday culture, what high-pressure Western lives have largely forgotten.
Eden's overall design principle. The property is constructed so sabai is the default state — not a goal at the end of effort, but the medium through which everything happens.
We are choosing to be rigorous, but not solemn. Meals will have laughter at the long tables. The team will smile genuinely. Sanuk is what depleted arrivals will most need permission for, before anything serious can land.
The team will be trained to practise greng jai — sensing when to offer, when to hold back, when to be present without intruding. They will say less, more slowly, with more space.
The Journey
Members do not arrive at Eden Health and begin the programme. The programme has already begun.
Onboarding, the Eden Passport at-home kit, local lab, psychometrics, wearable baseline. Members arrive already known.
Travel recovery, sleep reset, the slowing of the clock. No clinical activity. The principle is do nothing on purpose.
The interdisciplinary team meets you in the consultation room. Pre-arrival data unpacked, in plain language. You are seen by people who can hold it without flinching.
VO₂max, body composition, qEEG, vascular, sleep architecture, cognitive battery. The body, measured.
Two streams in parallel — cohort workshops and one-to-one coaching — woven into a curriculum built for one biology.
Your personal operating system is constructed, tested, and lived. By Day 14 it is yours.
Hyperbaric oxygen, photobiomodulation, neurofeedback, others. Sequenced by readiness and data — never menu-ordered.
You practise the Eden OS as you will at home — with the team standing back. Day 21 ends in a closing circle and a river stone with your leverage word.
Halfway through. A day held by the property, not the programme. Members may walk to Wat Phu Khao Noi, visit a producer, sleep, eat, breathe.
The Companion at home, monthly check-ins, mid-cycle re-tests, alumni community, and an annual return for re-benchmarking. The 21 days are the start of a longer relationship — not a finite stay.
The full architecture — every test, every tier, every modality — lives in the booklet.
The Relational Architecture
Most retreats are designed around individual experience. Eden is the opposite: members do not heal alongside each other — they heal partly because of each other. Four nested layers, each with its own function.
The full social fabric of the stay. Family-style dinners, opening and closing circles, weekly cohort gatherings.
A small intimate circle — the unit through which the programme rotates. Pod check-ins on Days 4, 11, 18.
Two members paired for structured listening. Three exchanges across the stay; pairs rotate each time.
Your primary human relationship at Eden. Not a project manager — a guide and a witness. Daily, throughout.
The Eden Companion
Not a chatbot bolted onto a database. The member's complete biological picture in a private vault, plus a private reasoning layer that runs against it, plus an interface a non-technical person can talk to.
Every member receives a private vault at the start of their journey. Labs, imaging, wearables, notes from the team — all live only inside that vault. A private inference layer runs against it inside Eden's security perimeter, never sending data to any third-party API. The Companion is the engine; the team is the mouth. Quiet infrastructure, never the hero.
The Five Guarantees
Your data lives in your vault. It is not used to improve the system for anyone else.
No human at Eden Health sees your data without an explicit access tier you have signed off on.
No third party — including the AI model vendor — receives your raw data. Inference runs inside our perimeter.
You can export, audit, and delete your vault at any time, in full, with one request.
The Companion will not give you a clinical diagnosis. It assists thinking; it does not replace the team.
A printable booklet covering all eight phases, the Eden Map, the seven pillars, the relational design, and the cohort.
The first cohort begins on 02·02·2027. What you have read on this page is what we are committing to build — in plain language, in advance, on paper.
This is not a testimonial wall. There are no quotes from happy members because there are no members yet. There are no before-and-after numbers because we have not yet measured them. What there is, is the work of getting the architecture honest before opening the doors — the design, the hiring, the SOPs, the diagnostic calibration, the property itself.
The Founding Cohort, deliberately, is our first real test. Twenty-four people will walk the same arc with us, give us their honest feedback at every stage, and shape the Eden Health that follows. The price reflects that — the founding fee is held below the public price in exchange for explicit feedback rights and case-study participation.
If you suspect this is for you, the next step is a conversation.
The Seven Pillar Benchmark
All assessments, plans, and outcomes are organised around seven interlocking pillars — each scored across five working layers: capacity, risk, readiness, leverage, confidence.
Body composition, cardiometabolic, sleep, hormones, gut, inflammation, recovery capacity.
Attention, memory, processing speed, learning, creativity, brain energy.
Stress physiology, regulation, trauma-informed self-awareness, coping repertoire.
Relationship quality, communication, loneliness, conflict style, belonging.
Meaning, values, awe, gratitude, ethics, inner alignment. Held secularly.
Home and work inputs, toxin and allergen load, light, noise, air, digital hygiene.
Work stress, energy management, role fit, time design, contribution.
It is seven systems, honestly examined and gently rebalanced — together.
Eden, in plain language
The category we operate in is so crowded with adjacent concepts that we have to be specific about what we are not, in order to be understood.
A measured, high-touch, high-trust optimisation journey for people who want to understand and upgrade their whole health picture.
A disease clinic, a spa menu, a biohacking playground, or a place where expensive interventions are sold before fundamentals are understood.
A human-led programme augmented by a private digital health companion and medical-grade diagnostics.
An AI brand, a chatbot-led retreat, or a black-box wellness product with unclear data practices.
A nature-led return to clean rhythms, community, learning, and self-mastery.
A religious retreat, or a programme that leans on biblical or mystical language. The Eden metaphor is held lightly; the work is grounded in evidence.
A place where members leave with deep understanding and personal autonomy.
A subscription dependency. We are not your wellness landlord.
Investment
Indicative. The Founding Cohort is offered at a deliberate discount in exchange for explicit feedback rights and case-study participation.

The Founding Cohort
Twenty-four members. Four pods of six.
Recruited through warm introduction and direct application. The cohort whose experience builds the Eden Health that follows.
Applications for the Founding Cohort — arriving 02 February 2027 — are open. Twenty-four places. By interview. The Eden Map opens December 2026.
Eden Health is a wellness and health-optimisation programme. All applicants are suitability-screened. Eden Health does not replace primary, emergency, or specialist medical care. Pricing is indicative and may be revised.
Purpose
Your reset helps fund freedom.
Eden Health is structured as a social enterprise. After operating costs, responsible reserves and reinvestment into programme quality and safety, net profits are donated to vetted organisations combating child slavery and sex trafficking in Thailand.
Partner organisations will be named publicly once vetting and agreements are finalised. Eden Health will publish updates on contribution amounts and impact stories as the programme matures.
