A 21-day flagship,
built in two registers.

Eden Health is the flagship residential programme hosted at Halls of Eden — built for people who suspect they have drifted, by inches over years, from the version of themselves they want to inhabit.

Twenty-four members per cohort, organised into four pods of six. The clinical register is as exact as a hospital — bloods, brain mapping, bone density. The felt register is given the same architectural respect — sunrise on the beach, breath at first light, a kitchen that teaches three times a day. Bloodwork and bell-ringing, both serious, both designed.

Foreign nationals may acquire villa ownership via a Thai Limited Company structure (49/51 shareholding). Legal counsel strongly recommended prior to purchase.
A registered 30-year leasehold with two successive renewal options, registered on the land title at the Land Department.
