Watch the Story
A short walk through the vision — the land, the architecture, the programme, and why now.
"Respect for the Land,
Gratitude for the People"
Building with nature, not over it
Architecture & Design
Seven-metre ceilings that breathe. Indoor trees rooted in stone. A private mineral pool that holds the sky. Homes designed around how it feels to move through them.
Double-height living volume with sunken lounge and clerestory light.
Living canopy within the home — a signature of the tropical interior.
Infinity-edge pool to each villa, visible from the master suite.
Tropical hardwood, rattan, local stone, terrazzo and concrete.
Opens fully to the outdoor terrace — built for gathering.
Elevated private wing with outdoor bathing and direct pool access.
Interior Design
Natural light, living materials and considered calm. Each space designed to dissolve the boundary between inside and out.
The living room — where the jungle enters
Master Suite
Floor Plans
Four bedrooms across a generous plan, designed to maximise natural ventilation, privacy and indoor-outdoor flow.
Ground Floor
An open, flowing plan that draws the garden in. Living, dining and kitchen share one continuous volume — private quarters arranged for peace.
Upper Floor
The upper level is reserved for the master retreat — a private world above the canopy.
Site & Positioning
Twelve villas positioned to maximise privacy, natural ventilation and view corridors. No villa overlooks another.
The Eden Reset · Founding Cohort 02·02·2027
Eden Health is the flagship residential programme hosted at Halls of Eden — built for people who suspect they have drifted, by inches over years, from the version of themselves they want to inhabit.
Twenty-four members per cohort, organised into four pods of six. The clinical register is as exact as a hospital — bloods, brain mapping, bone density. The felt register is given the same architectural respect — sunrise on the beach, breath at first light, a kitchen that teaches three times a day. Bloodwork and bell-ringing, both serious, both designed.
Phase 0 · 4–6 weeks pre-arrival
The onboarding journey. The Eden Passport at-home test kit ships to your door, the local lab is booked, the psychometrics are gathered, the wearable baseline begins. By the time you board the plane, you are already known to the team.
21 days · Eight phases · One arc
The homecoming, the seeing, the validation, the skill laboratories, the personal protocol build, the optimisation, the independence rehearsal, the initiation. Twenty-one days inside a different design of life.
Six months after departure
The work compounds at home. The Eden Companion — your private health intelligence — travels with you, alongside monthly Concierge check-ins, mid-cycle re-tests, an alumni community, and an annual return for re-benchmarking.
The Founding Cohort
Twenty-four members. Four pods of six. By application.
The Eden Map opens December 2026.
The Founders
Halls of Eden is a Thai-majority-owned company, led by founders who live in Thailand, build in Thailand, and understand the market from the inside.
"We are not a fund building from abroad. We are owners, builders and operators — on site, with our team, in the community."
Aum owns the construction company responsible for building Halls of Eden and is a principal shareholder in the development. With a builder's eye for quality and a personal stake in every villa delivered, she has made on-time, high-specification completion a non-negotiable standard for the project.
